When the "Adjustable Header Tool" container arrives, it looks like this. Adjustable Header Container
Start by releasing the nine Dzus fasteners all around the bottom of the container. Adjustable Header Container
Lift the cover box off of the lower frame using the hand holes in the top. Adjustable Header Container
Here's what you'll see. Start with the "drivers side" header which is laying almost flat. Adjustable Header Container
Remove the push/pull pin. Adjustable Header Container
Slide the header straight away from the push/pull pin retainer and then lift straight out. Adjustable Header Container
Repeat the process for the "passenger side" tool. Adjustable Header Container
When returning the "adjustable header tools" to the container, simply repeat the above steps in reverse. Before retightening the Dzus fasteners, make sure the box is down snug agaist these "stop blocks" that are on all four corners. This will ensure that the Dzus fasteners are aligned properly and thus make the job easier for you.
